How do I reach support?

Email support@flyingmob.com. Include the account email you used to sign in and a short description of the issue (upload, crop, download, or billing).

BGResize is an independent background resizer. Image pixels are processed in your browser for crop and convert; we do not upload originals to encode them.

What should I include so support can help faster?

Send the account email, browser or device, approximate time (with timezone), and whether the issue happened on the homepage editor, a convert page, or checkout. Attach a screenshot when helpful.
