Terms of Service — BGResize background resizer

Welcome to BGResize. By using our background resizer you agree to these terms.

1. Service

BGResize provides browser-based crop, resize, and convert tools for images (including JPG, PNG, and WebP). We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

3. Free and Pro

Single-image exports are free for signed-in users subject to fair use and technical limits (for example file size). Batch multi-file downloads require an active Pro subscription purchased through our payment provider. Plan details appear on the Pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or process content that is illegal. You must have the rights to images you upload and export.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your images. BGResize and its branding remain our property. Third-party platform names used in size presets are trademarks of their owners; presets describe dimensions only.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the background resizer.
