background resizer — Place a photo you already have into the feed, cover, or wallpaper frame.
Portrait frames stay tall. Wide covers stay wide. The file uses the preset pixel size.
Start from the preset
Sign in and upload. Open the size list and pick Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, or a wallpaper. The preview keeps the whole picture on screen. Drag inside the frame to move the photo, and drag a corner to scale the frame. Download writes only that region at the width and height of the preset.
Sizes in this list
An Instagram post is 1080 by 1350. A Facebook post is 940 by 788, a page cover is 851 by 315, and an event cover is 1920 by 1080. A Pinterest pin is 1000 by 1500. An X post is 1600 by 900, and an X header is 1500 by 500. A desktop wallpaper is 1920 by 1080, and a phone wallpaper is 1080 by 1920. If you need another size, type the width and height. Each side can be from 16 to 8192 pixels. The preset name is a shortcut. The numbers in the file are what an upload form checks.

Keep the subject inside the frame
A pin and a phone wallpaper are tall, so leave room above and below the subject. A page cover and an X header are wide, so keep the subject away from the far left and right. Start from the largest clean source you have. This image resizer fits a picture you already have into that frame. Free accounts can use 5 images a day. Each batch is at most 25. Pro removes the daily limit.
