A Zoom or Google Meet background is 1920 by 1080. A YouTube thumbnail is 1280 by 720, and the channel banner preset is 2560 by 1440. A LinkedIn profile background is 1584 by 396, and a square LinkedIn post is 1200 by 1200. Each side of a custom size can be from 16 to 8192 pixels. The preset name is a shortcut. The numbers in the file are what an upload form checks.

Keep the subject in a safe area

Start from the largest clean source you have. A small screenshot looks soft after it is scaled up to 1280 by 720. On a wide banner, keep the subject away from the far left and right, because some phone layouts crop the sides. This image resizer does not generate a new picture.
